- If you need to miss a session, no worries! Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll work it out.
- Please keep in mind that if you don’t show up without any notice, it will be considered a forfeited session, and unfortunately, the class fee won’t be refunded.
- For those opting for the eight-session course, you can have one excused absence (with prior notice), but we kindly ask that you keep it to just that.
- Our sessions are held online through BigBlueButton, and we’ll send you the class link so you can join easily!
- Before each session, make sure your internet connection is stable and strong, as we will need you to use your webcam during our time together.
- Just a heads up: private class sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to these recordings for ten days after the session.
- Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so please plan to finish on time to keep everything running smoothly for the next person.
- Sometimes things happen, and your session might start a little late due to technical issues.
- We’ll update the schedule and timing of sessions weekly, so you’ll always be in the loop!
If you’re not completely satisfied after the course, we’ll refund your full fee—no questions asked.
